Australia Policy

All Australian local orders are shipped using the domestic service unless chosen by the customer otherwise. A registered freight service by Sendle, whereby you can track your order online. We provide the option to sign for your order on delivery, please notify us if you would like this service.

We recommend providing a daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-5pm.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. This depends on the size and weight of the product.

Shipping time

All orders placed will be processed and shipped on Mondays & Thursdays. Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of next business day. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for delivery.

International Policy
We do not ship internationally.

Designer Decor was established in 2019 by a couple in Merrylands, Sydney, Australia. With 5 years experience in Home Decor and an eye for decorating any room. We have travelled & searched to find and bring you high quality and luxury styles to suite any home and will continue to bring new and improved items.

Starting as a just from home business to opening pop up stalls accross Sydney's shopping centres to now having all of our collection's available to purchase online.

Our next goal is to open multiple stores accross Australia. This gives our customers the comfort of meeting our team and personally seeing the items.
